I help organizations formulate and implement strategies to tell their stories through their brand and the use of digital communications. Moving from online to offline, through the use of stakeholder engagement, I also help organizations develop third party advocates who not only believe in the organization but are willing to authentically share the organization’s story.
When things go wrong, and they sometimes do even to the best organizations, I then work to protect the organization’s reputation by supporting the crisis management team. My extensive experience working in VUCA environments enable me to sense-make and effectively lead the crisis communications effort.
Having worked at the highest level of government; conducted training and facilitated workshops for regional government officials from Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lankan, Brunei and Myanmar; and having consulted with SMEs, MNCs and listed companies, I am well positioned to value add to organizations that want their stories told.
As a leader, I believe that people are our greatest assets that need to nurtured to enable them to “punch above their weight” for themselves and the organization.
